1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the UTVbuggybali.com website (“the Site”) and making a booking with ASTA SEDANA BALI WISATA (NIB: 0309220001892) (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Our Role as a Booking Agent
UTVbuggybali.com acts as a booking agent for the adventure tour providers (“Vendors”) listed on our site. We facilitate your booking but are not the principal provider of the tour services. All transactions are made directly between you and the Vendor. Consequently, any claims, disputes, or liabilities concerning the quality, delivery, or nature of the services must be resolved directly with the relevant Vendor. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Vendor’s acts or omissions.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking Methods: Bookings can be made via our “Instant Booking” or “Enquiry” system, subject to availability.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices in other currencies are for reference only and are subject to change based on exchange rates.
- Confirmation & Voucher: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a voucher and payment receipt. This voucher is your proof of purchase and must be presented to participate in the tour. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. If you still cannot find it, contact us immediately at utvbuggybali@gmail.com.
- E-Voucher Acceptance: You must present a printed copy or a digital version (e-voucher) of your voucher to the tour staff on the day of your activity. If a staff member refuses to honor a valid voucher, please contact us immediately for resolution.
4. Payment Security
All payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) are processed through a secure third-party Payment Gateway. This service is certified and encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology, adhering to international security standards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our tour operators.
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour to receive a full refund, minus a 6% processing fee charged by the payment gateway.
- Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, or on the day of the tour, will be subject to a 100% charge of the total booking price. No refund will be issued.
- No-Show: Failure to arrive at the designated pick-up point or tour location at the scheduled time will be considered a “no-show” and will result in a 100% charge of the total booking price. No refund will be issued.
6. Voucher Terms
- Validity: The voucher is valid only for the specific tour, date, and time stated upon it.
- Additional Charges: The Vendor or UTVbuggybali.com may require additional payment for any products, services, or damages not included in the original voucher description.
- Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other services without our prior written approval, and are non-refundable except under the cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.
- Vendor Terms: Your use of the voucher is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Vendor providing the service.
